Konexo boosts legal services team with new appointment
Konexo is pleased to announce the appointment of Trystan Richards who joins as Legal Services Director, strengthening the Legal Managed Services team.
Trystan’s role will encompass supporting on major projects and managed service relationships across Konexo’s global client base. Trystan will be based in our London office, reporting to Jon Townend, Global Head of Legal Services, and working closely with delivery centres in the UK, US and Malaysia.
Konexo’s Legal Managed Services team uses alternative resourcing models, streamlined processes and the latest legal technologies to drive efficiency in managing portfolios of work for in-house legal teams and contract remediation arising from regulatory and business change projects. The combination of technological advances, increasing volumes of work and a business environment with a growing focus on efficiency has placed mounting pressures on in-house practitioners.
According to our report The New Landscape: an in-house perspective, almost two-thirds (62%) of in-house teams are experiencing greater pressures than they did 12 months ago, with 41% citing lack of resources as the main challenge.

Previously at Deloitte, Trystan led on the delivery of both managed service solutions and complex programmes for investment banking clients. He has worked on projects for investment banks including remediation and repapering in response to Margin Reform, MIFID II, IBOR Cessation and Brexit readiness, working across the Legal, Operations and Sales functions.
