Konexo Structure
Konexo is the name and brand under which the following legal entities provide legal or other services to clients around the world:
- a division of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP (“Konexo UK”)
- a division of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP (“Konexo US”)
- a division of Eversheds Sutherland (“Konexo Hong Kong”)
- Konexo Singapore PTE LTD, a wholly owned unregulated subsidiary of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, registered in Singapore (“Konexo Singapore”)
- Konexo Malaysia SDN BHD , a wholly owned unregulated subsidiary of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, registered in Malaysia (“Konexo Malaysia”)
- Konexo Global Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP (“Konexo Global”)
each a “Konexo Entity” and together the “Konexo Entities”.
The Konexo Entities operate and carry on business as independent, separate and autonomous legal entities. They are not one international or global partnership and the Konexo Entities are not legal partners with each other. Therefore, no Konexo Entity is responsible for the acts or omissions of, nor has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind, any other Konexo Entity.
Each Konexo Entity provides services in particular jurisdictions and is subject to the laws and professional regulations of the particular country or countries in which it operates, as set out further below.

Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP are members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited, a company limited by guarantee, registered in England and Wales, with registered number 10501301 and with its registered office at Eversheds House, 70 Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester, United Kingdom, M1 5ES. Eversheds Sutherland Limited does not, directly or indirectly, provide legal or other services to clients. Its purpose is to act as a coordinating entity for its members.
Eversheds Sutherland is the name and brand under which the members of Eversheds Sutherland Limited (Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP and Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP) and their respective controlled, managed and affiliated firms (except Konexo Malaysia and Konexo Singapore) and the members of Eversheds Sutherland (Europe) Limited provide legal or other services to clients around the world.
Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP is a limited liability partnership, registered in England and Wales with registration number OC304065. It is authorized and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales under registration number 383181.
Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is a law firm based in the United States, with offices in Atlanta, Washington, DC, New York, Houston, Austin, Chicago, San Diego and Sacramento. Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is a limited liability partnership organized under the laws of Georgia, USA. Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP attorneys are subject to the professional code of conduct in the jurisdictions where Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP practices. Unless otherwise indicated, attorneys at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP are not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
