Phil is a Senior Associate in our corporate team in Dubai. Previously, he was based in our Leeds office.
Phil advises on M&A, joint ventures, private equity and strategic investments, corporate restructurings and governance matters. He regularly works on multi-jurisdictional transactions involving businesses and advisers across the GCC, Europe and wider international markets.
Phil is fluent in English and Slovene.
