Zach represents clients in finance matters involving insolvency issues and restructuring.
Zach’s practice focuses on bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Prior to joining Eversheds Sutherland, he clerked in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut. Before that, he was a legal research law clerk in the judicial branch of the State of Connecticut.
