Petra has several years of experience in handling employment law assignments, and she advises clients on all related matters in a practical and business-oriented manner.
Petra assists clients in employment matters covering the entire lifecycle of the employment relationship, from the recruitment phase to termination. This includes, among other things, matters related to employment and executive agreements, interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, working time and annual leave issues, change negotiations, termination situations, discrimination and equality matters, as well as workplace data protection and whistleblowing issues. In addition, Petra has solid experience in personnel-related questions arising from various types of corporate restructurings.
Petra represents clients in employment law disputes in both civil and criminal proceedings as well as in arbitration.
She regularly trains clients and professional audiences on current employment law topics.
Petra also serves as a member of the Delegation of the Finnish Bar Association.
In her free time, Petra spends time with family and friends and enjoys good food, travelling, cottage life, sports, and music.
