Eversheds Sutherland advises Baird Capital on the sale of Vega Global to FORTE

The transaction marks the successful completion of Baird Capital's investment in Vega Global and represents an important milestone in the company's development. The acquisition by FORTE brings together two leading businesses in the audiovisual and workplace technology sector, creating a broader international platform with enhanced capabilities, expanded geographic reach and a strengthened service offering for clients globally.

Baird Capital invested in Vega Global in 2020 and supported the company's growth through a period of strategic expansion, including acquisitions across Asia Pacific and a number of operational enhancement initiatives. The transaction demonstrates the continued strength of the workplace technology sector and reflects sustained investor interest in technology-enabled businesses serving global corporate clients.

Eversheds Sutherland acted as lead counsel to Baird Capital on the transaction. The firm's Hong Kong corporate team also advised Baird Capital on its acquisition of Vega Global in 2020, subsequent strategic acquisitions in New Zealand, Australia and Taiwan, and various financing and refinancing matters relating to the business.
