Zelma is a Senior Associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group, specializing in civil and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on matters involving cross-border elements. She represents clients before courts and arbitral tribunals.
Her experience spans a broad range of contractual and corporate disputes, including shareholder disputes, debt recovery matters, construction disputes, and challenges to the validity of agreements.
Zelma also has a strong interest in public and constitutional law. She represents clients in administrative proceedings and before the Constitutional Court.

Zelma holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Latvia and has passed the Unified State Lawyers' Qualification Examination. She is a member of the Latvian Bar Association and practices as an Assistant Attorney at Law
