We are pleased to present the latest edition of our horizon scanner covering UK and cross-border dispute resolution.

This horizon scanner highlights forthcoming changes impacting the resolution of disputes in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland, as well as developments impacting cross border litigation, including:
