Eversheds Sutherland has advised the seller of Metus

Eversheds Sutherland Sweden has advised Sdiptech AB in connection with their divestment of Metus, a lift engineering business, to one of the largest building maintenance service providers and developers of engineering and technological solutions in the Baltics.
Metus is operating primarily in Croatia and Slovenia and has been part of Sdiptech since 2015 and as communicated previously, Metus has not been part of Sdiptech’s long-term strategic investment and development plan and has been reported as Discontinued operations since the third quarter of 2024 in accordance with IFRS 5.
Sdiptech is a technology group that acquires and develops market-leading niche operations that contribute to creating more sustainable, efficient and safe societies. Sdiptech has approximately SEK 4,500 million in sales and is based in Stockholm.
