Euan Smith, Senior Office Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, comments: “Alan’s in-depth experience and sector knowledge makes him a key hire for our practice. I am delighted to welcome him to Eversheds Sutherland. His knowledge will give invaluable support to clients with their plans for investing in renewables and real estate. We all very much look forward to working with him and helping Scottish and UK businesses to expand domestically and overseas.” Alan Cook, Partner, Eversheds Sutherland, comments: “I’m very pleased to have joined Eversheds Sutherland. This is a natural next step in my career and I’m looking forward to using my knowledge to support clients in renewables and real estate. The firm’s culture matches my own approach and the team in the Edinburgh office already has deep relationships with clients. It is a great time to move to the firm. This latest appointment follows Eversheds Sutherland’s move into its new Edinburgh offices in the Capital Square building in the heart of Edinburgh’s Exchange district.” Key contacts
