Custobar on SaaS-pohjaisia asiakasdatan hallinta- (CDP) ja markkinoinnin automaatioratkaisuja tarjoava yhtiö. Järjestely tukee Ilkan strategista tavoitetta nousta merkittäväksi teknologia-, data- ja markkinointialan toimijaksi Pohjois-Euroopassa ja vahvistaa samalla konsernin data- ja teknologialiiketoimintaa. Kaupan yritysarvo oli 12 miljoonaa euroa. Custobar jatkaa toimintaansa omalla brändillään, nykyisten sopimustensa puitteissa ja nykyisen johdon johdolla. Ilkka-konsernin toimitusjohtaja Olli Pirhonen kommentoi järjestelyä: “Yrityskauppa jatkaa strategista kasvupolkuamme digitaalisissa palveluissa ja vahvistaa kykyämme vastata asiakkaidemme tarpeisiin entistä kokonaisvaltaisemmin. Custobarin CDP-ratkaisu täydentää rooliamme asiakkaidemme markkinoinnin ja myynnin vaikuttavimpana kumppanina.” Vastasimme yrityskaupan oikeudellisesta neuvonannosta kokonaisuudessaan.
