David Robinson, Regulatory Director - UK
David is Regulatory Director in the Financial Services Advisory team.He has over 20 years industry experience and specialises in Conduct of Business, ensuring that firms’ advice, products, and services provided to their customers are appropriate and compliant. David is a qualified Financial Adviser, and holds additional specific qualifications relating to investment management, mortgages, equity release, long term care, and defined (DB) benefit pension transfers. He has extensive experience of delivering remediation activities including numerous large scale reviews and redress programmes. Most recently David successfully delivered a large DB s.166 remediation project, resulting in £100m of customer redress. He was responsible for complete end-to-end design and delivery including suitability and redress frameworks. Prior to this, David delivered remedial activities relating to high net worth portfolio management, unregulated and non-mainstream investment, pension switching, and mortgages.
